Nice big store which is well set out, good location with easy and ample parking. Staff are friendly and helpful, store and stock are clean. However, sadly the prices here are well above normal “op shop” prices. I have op shopped for all my families clothes, toys and furniture for almost a decade (single parent so it’s out of necessity not anything else) so I am well versed on average prices for items, but this stores prices are unlike anything I have ever seen, even in wealthier suburbs like Brighton etc. being a low socioeconomic area you would think the prices would be a lot lower and fairer than they currently have. For example yesterday they had a very old trike with parent handle - in poor condition (dirty, damaged and missing all padding and extra pieces) and they wanted $65!! Anywhere else (including on gumtree or FB marketplace this would go for $10-20. They had an item of clothing “Anko” brand which is Kmart and they wanted $3 more than Kmart charge for it brand new!! Same for all their children’s clothing, toys and all furniture items. Whomever does their pricing really needs to do some research at other op shops and check gumtree and FB marketplace for second hand pricing rates instead of charging almost full price or more than full price especially as the people shopping at op shops are those from a low economic bracket who are just trying to provide for their family or themselves. The whole point of an op shop is to help provide the less fortunate so the money they make assists their programs and the property shopping there can get what they need at prices they can actually afford. Very disappointed as I also have items to donate and re-donate but they won’t be going here they’ll be going somewhere that people like me can actually afford to shop from. Hopefully they read this and check the prices so those who are in need can actually get what they need especially during this difficult time.

Good place to buy some general household items and clothes. Most of the merchandise are second hand features a small number of new items as well. Has a good selection of items and most prices are reasonable. Better to have an idea of the market value of an item just so you know you are getting a good deal.

I love this shop! Best second hand stuff AND brand new as well - even the Salvos and Red Cross aren't as good as these guys - can't go past them for sure. Awesome place.

Very well organised shop, loads of space to walk around and browse. Good labelling and categorisation of the various departments. Books are placed properly and shelved. Everything is super neat and tidy - Even the clothes are colour coordinated. Well worth the trip

Prices here are RIDICULOUSLY high! And they call this an Op shop? What happened to helping the poor? I can buy cheaper items at Myer than this place.I mean $30 for a used Kmart top. And for Dandenong..Not worth going if you want to be paying more than you should be.

This was my first time back to op shopping since the pandemic hit. I was so happy that I started again at this flagship-like Vinnie's! Had a great time browsing in the shop, got support from friendly staff, found awesome stuff I'd wanted to get in a long time and the parking was so easy!
