Came in today at almost closing time,Had a beautiful lady put up with complex account, whilst answering questions and answering my questions in great detail, even through the store had closed. She didn't cut any corners, and was polite and friendly, especially considering having just worked, a full work week.Manager was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable.Both the girls there are fantastic and been very helpful over the last three years.Both phones issues and watch issue fixed correctly and staff were understanding and gave me several l options to setup the communications devices they specific way I wished.Effic

Spend at least 2 hours on the phone to cancel my internet service. After being transferred to 4 different people and having to wait for 30 minutes between each person they hung up on me. So went instore and Mickey fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Brilliant service, extremely friendly and so helpful even though I was cancelling. Well done and thank you. So go in store, don’t bother with terrible service on the phone.

Very helpful staff. My nbn modem was broken and despite their systems being down, they were eager to help. Within 3 minutes I had a replacement and my internet is now back up and running.
