Not really what a standard IGA should be like and during late afternoon, I don’t feel comfortable going near that area. Please exercise caution if going near the area during late afternoon till the next day.

This is the worst IGA I've ever been to & I've been to many. There is no smallgoods, hot chooks, hit foods etc. The dairy fridges are off permanently & are now filled with bulk toilet paper packs. There is a strong odour of moisture when it's left to dry out long term. This store is poorly stocked, over priced & staff not so friendly. Also closes earlier than most IGA stores.

2kg washing powder for $31.32. On their website it says $8.50. They over charged me 4 times. Manager refused to listen or return. I won’t recommend this IGA at all. They put different prices on their computers.

I unexpectedly went into this IGA and found 3 teenagers shooting heröïn into their arms. The produce was mushy and out of date by 4 months, there is only one staff member working and I’m surprised that this place isn’t shut down. My scooter also got stolen writhing 3 seconds of entering the store.

This is my local IGA granted they are more expensive than your usual store like Coles or Woolworths but they're very very handy and very busy...

Most pathetic and ugliet IGA I have ever been to .they dont have any nice meats , the staff also followed my children around the shop as if they were stealing I couldn't believe it my kids felt uncomfortable and abit worried ,I became frustrated told them to stop watching my children they then held back the food that I paid for until I showed them my bag they wanted me to move all my stuff around until they were satisfied, very disgusted.

In an area where residents have it difficult enough, I wonder how many your store has stolen from with misleading marketing and advertising. Your store does not deserve the IGA brand name.
