The service at The Avenue Hospital was disgraceful. Not the hospital the imaging company. Coming from the country I got there nice and early 45 minutes later I'm watching all these other people come in sit down get served get their images and leave. So i ask. What about my appointment. Oh, you're next, was the response. Another 15 minutes I finally get xrayed. No explanation, nothing. Then an ultrasound then wait for images. Missed my drs appointment and got a parking ticket, to boot. Very sloppy customer service and unwittingly uncaring. I will use other imaging organisations in future.

I rang healthcare imaging head office Melbourne I waited for 5 hours on the 18/01/2018 and today 19/01/2018 I rang at 9 am this morning Now it is 1 pm I got an answer the lady from health care refused to help me told me to ring the hotline what a waist of time.

I called multiple locations (Windsor, Richmond, Kew) and on every occasion the receptionists were so rude and semi abusive i nearly hung up. Absolutely disgraceful

Went to the Highett Branch - was an abs debacle! Changed the procedure/added charges - without informing me. Radiologist had no bedside manner & couldn't wait to get out of room - no information whatsoever. The saving grace was the stenographer - professional & helpful.My advice: GO ELSEWHERE!!!
