Jetpets was amazing with my darling staffy zero. They made him feel safe and comfortable and always updated me with what was going on. I was also able to track the flight and make sure he was on time as well which was lovely. I couldn't have thanked them enough for getting my baby to me safely from Cairns to Brisbane. Such a great service. My Pomeranian first flew Jetpets via QANTAS from Brisbane to Melbourne when she was 6 years old and today she did the reverse journey with Jetpets via VIRGIN as an 11 year old. Such caring staff! Deb

i have moved twice across country now and Jetpets has handled my liitle fur babys travel. never a issue ,not even the slightest. each time i was able to talk to the same staff member. both times sushi had arrived safe and well. thank you jetpets for keeping my family together. from sushi and our family thank you.

Brilliant from start to finish. Staff were fabulous. They arranged for my kitten to be picked up from breeder and taken to airport. Communication during this time was fabulous.My boy arrived safe and sound in Perth. Highly recommend

We appointed Jetpets to fly our pet from Brisbane to Sydney last minute. It was taken care off smoothly at Brisbane office except some confusion at Sydney Domestic Freight center. We were not allowed in by walk in and had to stay by the guardhouse. We called Jetpets, and they sent a driver in to collect for us. The instructions for pick up can be much clearer if customer do not hv a car to drive in to the freight center, as no walk in allowed.
