Mel is the only groomer our dog Bailey would let groom him. He's very sociable, but not with grooming....until Mel that is. Now he waits at her trailer for her to open the door and start! Always a pleasure having you groom our handsome little mister. Thanks for looking after our Polynesian pooch Mel, you're definitely heads and shoulders above all others!

I found the groomer very knowledgable and friendly she arrived on time and my dog who doesnt like many people took a shine to her straight away, he looks awesome now after his pamper
