some Indian looking guy I think was the manager I asked him a question about a burger and he really didn't want to help he was very blunt with an attitude like that he shouldn't be serving the public.

We were early on a Saturday so did not expect to wait and were second in the queue. However we had to wait 9 minutes in the queue behind a car who got a small box. When we got home the order wasn’t correct. We have since spoken to someone who waited nearly an hour. I won’t go there again until I hear there’s new management. They may be short staffed but managers should come out and help, not sit in office.

The Indian manager is so rude and has the worst customer service. He should not be a manager ! They can’t get an order correct then you ring and he is horrible to deal with.

When we ordered dinner yesterday at 6pm (Monday 13 March 2023) the service girl who took our order was extremely bad tempered. She was so rude from the get-go & whilst taking our entire order, you could tell she didn't want to be there. I was honestly taken back by the experience, she yelled at us WHAT" when she misheard what we said. I almost felt like withdrawing our entire order and heading elsewhere. We previously have always loved getting our Red Rooster meals from you. This girl needs to be pulled aside and taught proper service manners

The worst red rooster i have ever been to, was over charged for a 3 pc satisfryer meal and only recieved 2 pcs of chicken. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Staff were in a rush. Not good service at the pick up window.Our bag ripped and food fell out in the car. Not an enjoyable visit. Chips were cold
