I recently purchased a gps tracker and experienced difficulty with the setup. Security lab expended a great deal of time and effort to help me understand the unit, mainly due to my ignorance of the product. The unit is now fully operational in part due to the expertise and patience of Security lab.

Don't waste your money buying the GPS 4G Tracker.From the start the unit did not work properly, intermittent and ridiculous owners manual...infact, there is no owners manual except for a few commands on an excel spreadsheet translated into English.The Mobile app is a waste of time and not user friendly .After six months the device won't charge

I bought a camera (Invoice#6452), could not get it working, could not get in touch with seller until I messaged asking for a refund. would not refund, helped me get it working, would only work for day or so then I would have to spend hours re setting up. He refused to provide a refund. Several months later i tried to set up again it would not turn on at all, he advised me to try new batteries, as any logical person would do I had already tried 2 sets of new batteries. I asked for a refund and I was advised that refunds are only possible during the first month of purchase. Also when I purchased I asked to pickup, he agreed and said you need to pay the delivery fee as there is no option on the website to skip that and I will refund later via paypal, several months later and he has not refunded the delivery fee either. keeps telling you have used it for several months how can I give you a refund" logically if the camera works why would I ask for a refund."
