Mel Nipps was very friendly and patient with our requests. She went out of her way to sort out a problem that occurred with our flight and car hire. I tried to organise this holiday online myself, but it was so time consuming and confusing. Mel made it seem quick and simple. Thanks again Mel!

Paid for my holiday directly to Flight centre, only to be charged by the hotel again as flight centre had not paid.Have contacted Flight centre agent and have not gotten any feedback or indication of when i will receive my money :(

I went to flight centre to see about flights for my father's funeral. I sat and waited 5 minutes while 2 ladies sat and chatted with each other. While a waited after that 1 approach and was unempressed that i was there waiting of all things without an appointment.Then went back to talk with her colleagues to see if she could book me in" . Then I was approached by another lady to see if she could book me an appointment after saying I can't come back that i only had today to see someone Then she left and and I was left to wait while 3 staff members sat at there computers while 2 girls served. I understand that everyone is busy but I think flight centre needs to prioritse ther there walk in customers instead of sitting and chatting. While customers who are making the effort to come in and see you

Highly recommend Jazmin Dann. Absolute gem, professional, respectful, fast responses and easy to deal with. We went backwards and forwards with flights and accommodation, she always had plenty of options available and with my best interest at heart. You can tell she’s good at what she does! Will be using her in the future ☺️

First impression.. Flight centre are doing you a favour, think yourself fortunate.Go to airport Flight centre spelt my name incorrectly (from passport) Taxi home start again. Not their fault!Need to contact to alter flights?No Chance!Don't respond in timely manner.To busy to care! Book another flight mate were busy making deals.Absolutely never go to Flight Centre.Book your own flights and hotels, cheaper and you can change flight times with airlines.Not the case through Flight Centre.I have three flights out there paid for and no one on them! I couldn't arrange reschedule as FC simply lose interest once they have your money.Save yourself pain and expense avoid FC

Terrible service! For the first time in five years, we decided to contact this office to plan a trip to Bali. On Saturday, we sat in line for almost an hour before the employee offered to sign us up for Monday at 4 pm. On Monday we arrived 15 minutes earlier, out of 4 employees one was busy. We waited half an hour before they approached us. As a result, another 30 minutes were spent on time with an employee who recommended that all information be viewed on the official website of the Flight Center. Left disappointed.
