This store is hopeless. Literally everything I go out for, says in stock on the website, nothing in store, staff useless 'oh they took a lot of stuff off us' will go to mitre 10 and save my fuel.

This Bunnings only has a small section of items and it often out of stock. Staff morale is very low and are very unhelpful. Best to go the extra 10mins to Bunnings airport

Great customer service very friendly and professional, especially the older ladies in the tool shop front desk and the one in the back near timber and gas cylinders.

Bought a rug of good quality for a rental property soon to be on the market for 140 bucks. Bunnings always good the staff and the stocks are always interesting......unlike in supermarkets where nothing is really interesting just have to eat things for survival.

Smaller store but is well stocked & easy to navigate. Can be hard to get the attention of staff but I find that in most Bunnings stores

Horrible shopping experience. I had checked online and this was the only store that had the product of this colour in stock. Firstly, my empty trolley was stolen by someone. I couldn't find the product I was looking for so asked a staff member for help. They directed me to another section but it wasn't there. So either the stock count is wrong or the product is actually in some other location. Then I went to look at a different product and needed advice so waited for the staff member who was assisting someone else. Another customer came along and tried to jump in front of me. Thankfully the staff member was helpful and I was able to purchase the second product, but had to go to another store and settle with a different colour for the first product. But be warned in this store the other customers are a bigger problem than the staff!

Pretty standard bunnings visit, which I love going to bunnings! Though have noticed a high turnover of staff lately, and with that has come a decrease in friendliness.
