I can’t believe people sign up for this. They offer a “one time offer, must accept now or you will never get this opportunity again” timeshare arrangement. The offer we had on the table would have been a $22000 commitment. When we said we were not comfortable with this level of commitment given the lack of a contact to review, no time to review and no time to gain advice (legal or otherwise) or conduct reasesrch (they even hid the disclaimer documents from us which we were forced to sign saying we had recieved) they told us its an accept now on the spot deal or miss out. I’m glad we missed out and would strongly advise others to say no too. We did however get the cheap theme park tickets as promised, which we enjoyed. Wyndham Club is a SCAM.

This company is a total fraud..bunch of robbers who steal your money using high pressure sales tactics.Never ever fall a prey to them.stay away from these crooks..we can never get out money back..these companies should be banned from operation...daylight robbery in the name of business.

Went for no obligation promotion for tickets.. Confirmed many times before purchasing tickets that sign up is obligation free. Vikram who served us was extremely rude and disrespectful apart from being pushy and extremely arrogant. Actually liked the concept of their membership and told him to give us his card so that we can make up our study online their packages and reviews before contacting them to sign up. Sorry Wyndham, not coming back to sign up because we were treated extremely rudely in the end. Even though after coming back, discussing and liking your concept, I wont sign up with your company now. Hire staff who has courtesy of basic politeness and who lives upto the reputation of your brand.

Ii have been an owner for many years & have found of late that not only can you not get through to anyone or have an email answered they are still pushing you to by more credits when you cannot book a room or use the credits other than what pitiful rooms they will let out. They have to many credits out there but not enough rooms, I have been on hold to customer services for an hour only to be told I have 2 minutes to go and they hang up. Useless...

Not worth your time and money. Invested about 15 years ago at about $12000 for 6000 points and yet we feel we still haven’t made our money back due to ongoing fees and lack of available rooms. Have to book six months in advance to get what you want as they now have too many share holders. We wanted to reschedule a booking two months in advance and couldn’t because there was nothing available in the whole of qld for even 3 nights in a row over 4 months. What a joke. And when you join they ring you every few months to sell you more points you can’t even use!

Once you are in -as we are- you are virtually locked in! No escape roads when the product no longer suits the needs, no feasible membership selling options whatsoever! They locked that option by disadvantaging re-sold memberships over those obtained through them, as such completely reduce their value to junk status! Hard to believe that such practices seem to be legal! A stern warning to anyone contemplating in 'investing' into a timeshare with them! Do your research first before you spend big money!Our credits are piling up as we can't use them. Our situation has changed. We can legally off-load them to anyone that can use them... and that may offer a great opportunity for real value holidays!May even open up a business opportunity for someone developing a system utilizing & trading unwanted credits.

I've been a member for 15+ years and taken 30+ holidays globally with family. Big value in peak seasons and school holidays. If you plan your trips well in advance its definitely a worthwhile program, easy to cancel and change travel plans without any penalty.

Wow! So many bad reviews! I love our Ownership of 15+ years. We have been on so many amazing holidays that we just wouldn't have done without Wyndham. One of the best decisions we made as a family! We are saving up our credits to get 3 years worth together to go on our first overseas Wyndham trip in 2020! Can't wait!

This is more about the company.... we are also trying to sell our shares and so far no one wants to help us. They palm it off or dont return calls. We are disadvantaged as we have an elderly mother we can't leave for a long time and we don't been to be apart of this scam any longer. So if anyone can tell me how do we sell our shares please tell. Biggest regrett was investing in this and it's costing us without even using one credit for 4 years now.I sympathise with those who have been to there meetings whilst on holidays and know too well of the pressure they place on you to purchase more. When you don't it's amazing how the mood changes.
