Store person (didn't get his name, sorry) was extremely helpful when I had a problem assembling the BBQ. Quick as a flash! He also suggested appropriate brush and extra drip pans when I asked what I should get - didn't push for lots of items - just the practical basics. Very impressed with him, the store, the parking and the experience. Highly reccomend!
