Huge thanks to the young guy at Edgewater (Tim i think) I gave the store a call then went in and he was so polite & helpful matching up a drive belt for my machine. Great job mate very professional.

Not even worth 1 rating, an absolute total disappointment with service at store, wanted to buy bagless but lady insisted bagged better- Purchased a Hoover Regal bagged Vacuum spend 1280.00 instore- vacuum stopped worked after 7mths, took it in for repair warranty, with bagg inside still, just to be told a week after we used it without a bag and wnt be repaired under warranty. Seriously she sold us another bag type as spare with it and now we been told this? Not professional very rude, disrespectful and absolute poor customer service. Dnt waiste ur money on this business, they know how to take and not give back to customer. Never again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I had purchased some items for work and had forgotten to ask for a receipt.I called up a couple of hours later to see if they could reprint me a receipt so I can claim the money back from work. The male manager/owner aggressively and condescendingly asked me why I didn’t ask for a receipt before I left the store and that he can’t print me one.If you own a retail store that sells goods but can’t reprint a receipt then there is something seriously dodgy about your POS system. Anyway if I could give this place a negative star rating I would.I highly recommend anyone that is thinking of visiting this store to find another store or go to a completely different business such as The Good Guys or Harvey Norman which is like 3/5 minutes away.

I spent $259 for Hoover. 2 days later it stops working. Came back to the store. The sales guy told me it was the filter. They tried to fix it and failed. Can't get the refund. The owner came out and almost had a fight with the sales guy. The sales guy turn around to me and said Well

My Wife's Father visited this store recently to buy a Hoover bag less advertised on sale at $250.00. He was advised by the obnoxious manager that it was NOT on sale. My Father in law, who is in his 80's, is one of the most tolerant people I have ever met so for him to be so affected by the complete lack of customer service demonstrated by this clown has prompted me to provide this feedback. Reading some of the other reviews it would appear that unfortunately he is beyond help!

The staff at Joondalup Godfreys are second to none. Helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. I bought what I thought was right for me, but unfortunately is wasn't. Their policy on this product was to return if unsatisfied, of which I unfortunately had to. Money back. Thank you for your help and advice. I certainly will come back.

I originally wrote the below review when I purchased my Wertheim vacuum. I wish to change this review from 5 stars to 1.I purchased the Wertheim under recommendation from the salesman at Godfreys. It is hands down the worst vacuum cleaner. EVERYTIME I use it, it gets blocked. I have taken it back to Godfreys twice and they send me on my way saying the vacuum is all fixed. It works for the first one to two vacuums and then gets blocked again.I just called them a few weeks ago saying I want to exchange it or get my money back as this has been going on for two years, and he told me to bring it in again for another look at. I live in the country 3 hours from Perth.I have just tried to vacuum my bedroom and it blocked straight away. So I unblocked it, cleaned the filters as I seem to have to do on every second vacuum, set it up to go again and it blocked straight away. It is poorly designed as it gets blocked on the vacuum head and then again on the dustbin inlet.They are quick to sell to you, but after sales service, nup.ORIGNAL REVIEW: Just got back from a trip to Joondalup to look at Vacuums. Had no intention of going to Godfreys but thought I would pop in for a look. The guy I spoke to really took the time to help me out and find what I needed. Spent double what I was going to which I don't mind when you are getting good value - which I believe I have got. Thanks very much to both the guys who helped. Forgot what old fashion service was like and how much it helps the decision process. Non-pushy sales helps you feel comfortable spending your money. Charging up my new toy now. Thank you!

Great service by friendly assistant. Had my vacuum unblocked and ready to go with me in 10 minutes. Great not to have to wait a week as live in country. Thanks so much.

Went there today. Great,knowledgeable service. Went looking at other places in the area but could not get the same knowlege or customer service, so came straight back to Godfrey's
