Terrible service and does not honour payments, contracts and delivery of goods. I have been waiting for 2 months for delivery of gym mats. I rung the service centre today for an update and was advised they could not deliver because the shipping costs I paid in advance no longer covers their delivery fees (i.e. they would be taking a loss). Not once was I provided an update or advised of an issue, instead I was sworn at multiple times over the phone by the customer service representative for being unreasonable for wanting my goods delivered in accordance with the contract and payment of the goods.

Ordered a boxing bag and they lied on the tracking device saying it had left the warehouse, when the courier company were unable to pick up the order, due to the order not being ready. They never respond to emails and this has been well over 3 weeks now. Definitely do not recommend this company!

I ordered several items from Fitness Hero, one of which was not in the country - due to Delta shipping issues beyond their control - so I picked up the available items and meant to follow up with Fitness Hero later about the outstanding item. That was over four months ago, when I returned from annual leave (and remembered) I rang them up. Despite the significant lag time, Carl followed up on the missing item and had it shipped to me on the same day. Really outstanding stuff!

We purchased a home gym, dumbbells and rack from Carl at FH. Communication was excellent throughout and despite delivery delays completely out of their control we were more than happy with our products when they arrived. Good value for money and Carl was extremely helpful and attentive throughout.

I've been waiting for months at two different online fitness shops to buy a barbell and some plates. I bumped into Fitness Hero and they had everything I wanted in stock. I ordered during the Xmas holidays but as soon as the public holidays were done, I received notification that morning my equipment was ready for pick-up. Friendly service on site and good quality equipment. I'll be back.
