Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Customer Service was above and beyond, the gear was in top condition and basically new and the prices are unbeatable in town. Very friendly staff! Highly Recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were running a bit late with only 40minutes until our bus and the staff helped us out really quickly with organising rentals. Rentals seem high quality and comfortable snowboard boots.

Really appreciate for the friendly staffs who helped my family have a fantastic snow holiday this year. Emma is so nice and professional that she gave me some practical tips which were really useful as this was my very first time of snow ski. My 3 years old son also got his ski fitting him well in the store and had a lot of fun during the ski lessons.

I could not have been happier with my experience of Monster Sports! A combination of genuine knowledge, value and range of equipment for all levels of snowsports ability! Staff that are friendly, practical and aware that it is supposed to be a holiday for their customers not an ordeal! (not just the usual seasonal casual staff who are bluffing their way through jobs they know nothing about and bores them because it is stopping them from getting up the hill themselves!). I definitely recommend Monster Sports!

Really disappointed and dissatisfied about service. Purchased a pair of boots but realised they were a size to big when looking at my old pair. Went to swap them within 24hours and just got a straight no.

Every staff member was busy during last week of school holidays but they give us good service and advice because perisher velly was closed and give us few new places name where we can enjoy
