wouldnt go near this place if my life depended on it. the service from this shop is just dreadful. customer service is not a word this shop is familiar with nor delivery of product is something this shop believes in either. Failed to deliver!

Do not shop here! I bought a mirror that needed new glass (as the display one was scratched). They said it would take 3 days. 3 weeks later nothing. I called twice to ask for an update, he said he would check and call me back the same day and never did. 6 weeks later I went in to ask for a refund, they tried to give me a display mirror in the store, then said the refund would take two weeks, then said I would need to come back in a few hours, finally finally got a refund.

Absolutely terrible experience do not use - appalling service and no expertise framing pictures or stretching canvas. One star is generous and only given as needed to post a review.

I've been customer for over 10 years and always get top service. We have a huge wall mirror in our lounge, which was supplied by Advance Mirrors, so I don't understand the negative comments. This is a very competitive segment, and I am sure that competing shops try to discredit others with fake bad reviews, so don't be mislead!

DO NOT SHOP here - warning! Purchased a shocking quality mirror for over $1000. Mirror's edges start to break after a few weeks. He refuses to pick up calls.

Do not go near this store. Keep on walking. Don't know how they are still in business. Ordered a framed mirror and month ago - very simple frame, shoddy workmanship, glass was scratched. Extremely poor communication - never there, hard to contact, never returns phone calls or emails!!! Finally got a refund after many calls and visits. As Elise says slam your finger in the door before going anywhere near this store!! Have to give it a star or else can't post. I would give it minus 5 stars!!!

Very happy and satisfied with the service and products. The owner is very helpful and understanding. The products arrived on time and were as promised. Hence I am not quite sure of all the negative reviews.

Without a doubt the most unreliable business I’ve ever had to deal with.In September 2015 I made an order for a frame to be made and was told that it would take one week, needless to say it is now March 2016 and that order has now only just been completed and to a very very low standard as well. After many countless phone calls over the past months asking what is going on with this simple task and why it can’t be completed I’m now taking my so called ‘finished product’ to another business to have it done properly. I also might add that itwas only after I threatened with ACCC action that my order was magically done within a week, but then still had issues with them delivering it!I have no idea how this business hasn’t gone under yet.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The single star is both generous and required to post this review.It took 5 personal visits to the store and countless phone calls to get a frame that was not even close to what I ordered. Wrong size, wrong material, wrong colour, and insulting customer service.Everything incorrectly communicated from totally off the mark time estimates to several false promises that it was finally ready when it wasn't - a complete and utter waste of time.I finally demanded a refund when the finished result was a far cry from a quality frame let alone anywhere near my order. A glorified frisbee. When the phantom refund wasn't processed as promised this unlocked yet another series of disappointments which ended with an infuriating personal argument filled with excuses and outright lies. Still waiting on that refund.My recommendation: slam your finger in a door repeatedly before you enter this maddening Groundhog-Day-style excuse factory.

Great experience not reflected by the reviews! My mum went to buy me a 2x1 metre mirror, and it is brilliant. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but the owner ordered it, then contacted us within two weeks (as promised!) Very happy!
