Worst experience with their premium mattress. Got it as a gift from my friend and just collapsed within three years and when I contacted the company to claim the warranty, they just refuse it becuase i dont have the product receipt. Worst experience ever with any mattress manufacturer.

Do your self a favour guys, never buy anything from this company SLEEPMAKER. Worst products and even pathetic customer service. You will regret for the lifetime if you make a purchase. The product loose its charm over the time and the company is stubborn because they dont accept their mistake/faulty items. Please go for other brands but not Sleepmaker.

Don’t buy anything from them sleep maker they have the worse mattress.Very slow customer service reply been waiting 3 weeks to get my mattress replaced or repaired and still no one has came. I have back issues and explain to them but they don’t care.No response.

good luck with anyone that purchased a mattress during promotional period to get a set of free sheets. I realised 3 weeks after the promo ended that I hadnt heard anything other than the initial email saying I qualified to get them. I have emailed them because I need to change the delivery address so close to christmas. Have had no response to any email or not even a phone call, so Im unsure whether they are even sending them out. If they do to my original address, I can say goodbyeto them! Not good customer service, will be sure to let friends,family and Bedshed where I purchased it from know!

Absolutely the best service a bed manufacturer can provide to their customers. I purchased a Beautyrest bed from Bedshed Dandenong 4 years ago and after 4 years the bed had sunken a little on each side. I rang up to get a warranty claim for my bed that promised a 10 year warranty and immediately the team had tried to organise the claim for me with no hassle after seeing the photos I had provided to them. Then once sleepmaker got in touch, It was an easy pick up and drop off after a week for repair and the bed has come back like brand new. During the 1 week repair we got a loan mattress too! Well done on keeping to the promise of the warranty and also a great repair on the bed. Thank you Sleepmaker.

Gay from David Jones in Chadstone VIC who is a Sleepmaker representative has been amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted and then gave as great options for us to choose a mattress that was going to change our sleep! It wasn't what we normally went for as she pointed out how our normal default type of mattress was actually adding to back alignment issues. We have had wonderful nights sleep ever since thanks to Gay! Gay also went above and beyond to help us with a base and provided exceptional customer service all round! I would not recommend you see anyone else... Gay is the person who will find you the right outcome for your needs. Thanks Gay!
