I was scared to only rely on hammock but now I can’t survive without it. It’s not just yoga it is therapy to understand and how to look after your body and mind. Rachel is teaching me according to my body conditions and abilities. I highly recommend !

수업하는 토욜이 기다려집니다몸이 조금씩 달라지는것도 경험합니다10회까진 한주에 한번수업 했지만...이젠 2번으로 늘리려고 합니다 그만큼 좋은운동이기 때문입니다 1년후 달라진 내몸을 기대하며 화이팅!!!

Great opportunity to understand your body.More I learn more I can enjoy the time on the hammock!!! Highly recommend to the people who want their muscle relaxed. I can say it is like massage, powerful massage!
