Charming accommodation with a great location in Fremantle. Reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. The sparkling water tap and complimentary minibar are nice touches. Parking is mildly inconvenient but given the historic location, not a deal breaker. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was fine. Pillows are super hard and high, so bring your own if you are a side sleeper. Management are argumentative. They argued with me about what had been booked without checking my booking. Then were complaining about staff within earshot of me. Ruined the experience. People like this need to get out of hospitality.

I chose this property due to the heritage and history of the building. I also wanted to explore more boutique hotels rather than big chain hotels. I think I have satisfied my two goals and while I think it was an interesting and overall passable experience, I would not choose to stay here agiain.Let's start with the positives. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is about 7 minutes walk to train station, 15 minute walk to wharf and 30 seconds to Fremantle markets. All sorts of food and entertainment was at my fingertip. I love the convenience, including a great gin bar and a fusion chinese restaurant called Emily Taylor right next to the hotel. When I say right next"

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was really tidy. It has an old cottage feel to it, but with a modern fit out.

What a great place! Pietro was amazing as we're the rest of the staff. The food? First class. The service? First class! Pricing? Less than half of what you would pay in Sydney! You have to come here to appreciate it. Truly amazing!!!

The Warders hotel was the most beautiful experience. From the friendly accommodating smiling staff, the old buildings fantastically designed and curated inside, the Gimlet bar downstairs that is also where you get coffee and pastries for breakfast. (Bartender in the evening and lovely Barista in the morning were phenomenal) I'm absolutely blown away! Best little stay in Fremantle. Right next to the markets in the centre of town. Emily Taylor's is underneath with a wonderful selection or Asian influenced dishes and tasty cocktails. Could not recommend this establishment enough. Thanks for making my trip perfect x

What a stunning place. The history mixed in with top notch amenities is better than I have ever experienced. What a wonderful place to stay with literally the most comfortable bed and bedding I've ever experienced. Well done!

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN FREMANTLE!We stayed for 2 nights around Christmas time. Arrived a bit early, the reception staff was so friendly and allowed us to get into our room as it was ready. The room is perfect for the two of us, a lot of characters and the best part is in-room still and sparkling water tap!Location is the best, right on the doorstep of Fremantle Markets, easy access to Rottnest Ferry jetty, Fremantle Prison, the Esplanade, etc. Not to forget all the bars and cafes surrounding the area.Breakfast is complementary even though we unfortunately didn’t have one because with our schedules we had to leave early and breakfast not ready until 8/9am.Glad we stayed here and recommend this to everyone!

An excellent venue for a short stay away. The apartments are renovated so that from outside they retain their wonderful 1850's heritage, but inside they're wonderfully up to date. Your stay includes a welcome drink at Gimlet, the niche restaurant/ bar within the building, as well as coffee and pastries for breakfast. Adjacent to the Fremantle Markets, there are many food options available. And restaurants and pubs abound, right nearby. And a little something special: the contents of the mini bar fridge are free. Overall: you can't go wrong at Warders.
