We booked Onasadya as many others who have reviewed , and dint receive it on Thiruvonam or on the next day. I had to follow up in the morning of Thiruvonam to double check if the delivery is going to happen and got the news that it won’t be delivered. Good there was at least time to prepare some food otherwise it would have been the worst festival experience ever !! I think while placing the order you should ensure the product is in stock or take it off the list from the website . Also the delivery address is provided while ordering which should mean that you can say no delivery to the area. There were no new restrictions imposed on Thiruvonam, it was in place prior hence you should not be offering to deliver sadya to the areas!! Pretty mismanaged business. Hope the refund comes on time atleast.

Placed an order on the 6th of Nov 21 for a close to 85 dollars, after a few whatsapp messages back and forth the order was cancelled and yet there has been no refund.This is after 1 month of back and forth providing all details like email and cc details. Day light robbery is the word that comes to mind .No explanation provided till date as to why they can't do a refund .Very flimsy work ethics and atrocious customer service is beyond belief. I've made sure that no one in my friends circle deal with these scumbags for any sort of business dealings !

Very Bad experience. Booked Onam Sadhya well ahead. on Aug 3rd. We got the confirmation message.2 days before Thiruvonam, received an SMS saying they will deliver only next day after Onam. That was okay for us. Again on the planned delivery day, got another SMS saying they will not deliver it, blaming it on Covid Rules. There is no much restrictions in our Suburb.Spoiled our Onam. If they had informed it prior, we would have planned and made the sadhya.Such a bad experience.

Can’t give a zero star hence giving one.Had a similar “cheated” experience like several others regarding the Onam sadya.I had also ordered an Onam sadya (even paid a deposit) but it never got delivered. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us it will not be delivered and stopped picking our calls even.What a pathetic bunch ! Stay away from these guys.

Very bad experience with Onam sadya booking. Didn't deliver the food. Things can happen and it is understandable, but did n't have the courtesy to call and update. Switching off the phone means they don't have any commitment to the customers. Pathetic...After last week's stuff up, they have called me during the week and apologized and delivered food this Saturday. They have proven they are a serious enterprise and do have commitment to their customers. Thank you.

Placed an order on 23rd Oct 2021. They did not deliver it and after a few attempts, responded in whatsapp call saying there are some issues within management and not in a situation to deliver the order. Agreed to refund it. Till today, no refund and no response. Looks like still issues are there and hence recommend not to place online order.

I wish I have the option of giving 0 stars to this so called business. We had ordered Onam Sadya from them not just for us but also for our friends who were very keen to try Sadya. On the day due for delivery, when I called them around 12PM they said it will be delayed to some 'issue' and will be delivered around 4PM. Fast forward to 5PM, not delivery. Tried calling them at least 10 times, but no answer. No courtesy to update or provide an update. On such an important occasion, 10 of us including my pregnant wife skipped lunch thanks to these people. I own a business too. If this is how you run a business I really hope you go out of it soon. Words are not enough to express my frustration. Do NOT buy anything from them.

Hello everyone, giving low stars are individual decision. We were also missed the onam sadhya but we were not as negative as many. The team was overwhelmed with many issues due to local restrictions and other unfortunate events. Understanding these situations and efforts these guys put on to meet the promised deadlines are huge and for that dedicated effort I am very appreciative. It is very easy to be criticised but might be a kindness if some level of empathy is considered for the effort. Hopefully anything they do next will be far better than Onam adventure. Give the guys a chance to prove they can deliver the promise.
