I popped into Suzy’s to have a ring removed & the ladies were so helpful & friendly. The ring is now being resized for another finger & having a missing diamond replaced. I’m so pleased they were able to help as the ring has sentimental value. Will definitely be recommending Suzy’s Fine Jewellery to anyone who asks.

I received a few pairs of really cute rose gold earrings as a gift quite a while. But I’m unable to wear them due to not being suitable for sensitive ears. I’m quite disappointed for the price tag.

Friendly, caring service with realistic prices (unlike another jeweller I consulted) and a respect for my jewellery by keeping it safe, handling gently, excellent receipting and storing systems. And my resulting jewellery remakes are stunning. Have been a customer for years but the recent need for major work was even more rewarding. I received a Birthday Voucher from Suzie’s Jewellery and was fortunate enough to be able to redeem my voucher today. The Sales Representative was outstanding with the service she provided me. I have made purchases from Suzie’s before and have always found the store to be full of beautiful pieces of jewellery catering to all budgets and tastes. I think every visitor to the store would be very impressed with the excellent service and vast selection. I will definitely be visiting again as I have over many years. A 'Pretty Woman' experience. I felt just like the movies.I went in looking for a watch, Olivia Burton, I asked if I could look at all of them. She said no, then she asked what colour (rose gold, Silver and Gold) I said all of them please. I was simply looking because I wasn't sure what I would like. I wanted to look at them all they were all shapes and sizes. Anyway she got them out. All of them, in sections, but how I was made to feel Is why you score one star. I wasn't allowed to try them on near the side of the counter and she wasn't the friendliest. Seriously, would rather spend my money elsewhere. Little does she know I have alot to spend. Thank you for your terrible service. This makes it easier when we are searching for an engagement ring.This is why people Shop online. If you are a business think about why people come in to your shop. Customer service is obviously out the door.
