Lovely items however when I received a butter dish and cover the cover did not fir the dish. When I called to return the item I was told I had purchased a faulty item which is marked and is cheaper. I had no idea and when I looked back at the website I could see two identical butter dishes with the only difference as being in the description. I was told if I wanted to send it back it would be at my cost which would then leave my financial return at least then half of what I paid being $6. I have suggested they have a separate pop down where they can place the seconds items so as not to confuse eager and willing buyers. Honestly I feel a bit ripped off and will be donating my butter dish to a charity.After receiving the below response I received an email offering me a full refund / credit on my account. I have sent a thankyou and accepted the credit not declined it. I have amended my star rating.
