I've been coming to Michelle for many years now. I think her prices very reasonable and I like the fact that she works from home. Her salon is very spacious and open, as I cannot handle closed-in salons and strong air-conditioning.Michelle always does a great job and I trust her, as I have some medical issues and often tell her to do what she thinks is best.

Not happy today. Maybe because I am a male and the price is not so high she didn’t take good care in cutting my hair today. Used the clippers for the top of my hair where I wanted to keep some length (in other words, made it all the same length on top) and then used the scissors on the side w here I wanted it very short and square looking. Didn’t seem to understand the difference between round and square because when it was finished it was round. Won’t be back here as ah e didn’t really care. She was happy for me to go away dissatisfied. I had to request she do something else to fix it up after I had been cleaned up and paid for the service. Never again
