Don't trust Dalya! Highly unprofessional and dodgy!Dalya showed us a 708sqm two storeyed house on Highlands Way, Rouse hill on 3rd June 2021 at 5:15pm. At around 5:30pm we completed the tour and told her that we want to proceed and that will match the best price (which she told us was $1.05Million). We asked her to provide the contract and that our conveyancer is waiting for the contract and can check it immediately. Dalya told us that she will email it a short while later as she cannot send through her phone due to the file size.We again sent an sms at 6:52pm on the same day (3rd June 2021) asking for the contract, but we didn't receive any reply. We wanted to sign the contract the same day and the conveyancer was still waiting for us.We then called Dalya the next morning (4th June 2021) at 9:10am to follow up on the contract for us to tell us that she already signed the contract with someone else last night.We just could not believe what we heard. We asked her what price was offered to which she responded that she cannot disclose. We then asked if the price was higher than our offer to which she responded 'about the same'.We then asked her why she didn't send us the contract when we were waiting to sign it and that we told her that we will match the best price she had. Dalya responded that they wanted to sign the same day so she just signed the contract with the other party.Either she sold it to her relative or her friend. What kind of agent does not call the interested parties to try and bid higher?---------------------------------------------------------------DalyaPlease don’t fabricate a storyWhen we left yesterday we made clear that we are very interested in the house and we will match the best price of $1.05M and we want to proceed with the property.You told us the other party whom you had given contract earlier was still deciding and we told you that we don’t need to decide. We are ready to proceed and our finances are sorted and our conveyancer is able to check the contract immediately.You told us “I will get you the house” and that you will send us the contract but that you cannot send contract over the phone as the file is large.I again followed up on the contract an hour later but you did not respond.The next morning (that is today, 4th June 2021) when I called you at 9:10am, you told me that you had already signed the contract last night.So please don’t fabricate a new story about how you were not sure about our offer. If you have decided to sell the property to your loved ones that so be it but please don’t make up new stories.You just did a great disservice to the owner of the property at Highlands Way, Rouse Hill. We could have easily given a better offer.

We have rented houses from St George Realty on 2 separate occasions and found Dalya to be a wonderful real estate agent. Dalya is very helpful and always attentive to our needs. Extremely easy to talk to and genuinely cares for her clients.
