The Coconut Grove crew were good when you could go in and get your water tested but the home visit service is a bit of a mess. The fellow who visits is great. Very friendly and helpful. The people doing the billing in admin for the visit are far less helpful. 3 stars.

After receiving pretty average service from our pool guys of 6 years, we called pristine pools to service our pool and put in a new filter.The BEST service I have received in years. Can not recommend this company enough.

Poorly managed. Lack of professionalism and organisation, workers are mostly friendly and well trained with exceptions. Would not recommend.

Fantastic service you will not find better or cheaper services any where in Darwin. Have been through a lot of pool companies over the last few years and these guys were by far the most knowledgeable and friendly team.

By FAR the best pool shop in Darwin.We had a serious case of black spot and did not think we could have it fixed so swiftly befor x mas. When pristine pools attended they were more than helpful and have so much knowledge. Our pool was drained, hydroblasted, immaculately cleaned, filled and balanced in 24 hours. We are over the moon with the service they offer. Always going over and above. Absolute pleasure to deal with and are reccomending their service to everyone we know. Do not use friendlys or figtree as we do not recommend their services (absolute rip off and no accountability)PRISTINE POOLS IS THE ONLY POOL SHOP TO USE IN DAWRIN.5 STARS ALL ROUND.

Cheapest regular servicing prices anywhere in Darwin, cant believe I didn't find these guys earlier. Wasted a lot of money at other pool shops who only did half as good of a job as Pristine does. Customer for life!
