I’ve used Bondys for quite a few years now. The team are always professional and helpful & come when they say they will. If it’s a non-urgent job it might take a few days before they’re free but they let you know in advance. Emergencies they deal with straight away. My hot water service stopped working last week and they came within an hour and sorted out my problem immediately. Same with my oven, they came and installed within 3 hours of me calling today. I would definitely recommend them. Happy customer :)

Unlike the previous poster, I was able to contact Bondys. That was the easy part. Getting the promised call back to make an appointment to see what's needed for air conditioning and solar installation is an entirely different matter and inexcusable, I believe, so elsewhere I'll have to go.

Terrible service. David the receptionist claimed that I did not pay my bill 2 years ago. I had no idea this was the case. I gladly offered to pay it immediately since I just found out and he said that he can't it's too late so they can't do the job for me. Extremely unprofessional firm. Do not recommend.

Cant get them to come out and do any work if they NEVER answer the phone. Not even a recorded message so that i can leave a message. It rings and rings with no answer. This is indicative of a slack business.
