We were very impressed with the prompt, professional & friendly service from Shaun and the team. We will definitely use them for our future air conditioning/heating requirements.

Our air con started leaking through the roof at 7:30pm at night in the middle of summer. After shutting it off and putting a bucket under it (one bucket under the condenser in the roof, and another one under the ceiling), I emailed Air Concepts (just googled them and saw they were nearby so took a chance) with some pictures and a description of the problem. I was called by Mitchell at 8am the following morning and he was at our house repairing the issue by 10am that morning. This was on the hottest February day in something like 20 years, so getting our air con up and running so quickly was a huge relief! Unbelievable service. Friendly, solved the problem immediately, and charged a reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough based on our experience. Thanks Mitchell!
