It was a pleasant experience to hire the storage here ,Jarryd was very helpful and patience to explain every detail to me.The storage are very clean and bright , removal trolley provided on loading bay which very helpful for me .Door code Access is convenient, I was a bit nervous at the beginning but it made my moved so easy.I will certainly come back in the future if needed and highly recommended total self storage .

Excellent service from Jarryd .Was happy to hold our 20 foot container for 4 weeks till we could load our stuff.Easy 24 hour access and only 12 minutes from home in Bentleigh East.Very reasonable price.Shutter locking is a bit of a struggle thou.Joe and Michael Light.

I have known John and his team for many years with , I items stored at Total Self Storage for over 6 years. During this time, my items have been stored safely and securely. When a smaller storage unit became available, I was called to ask if I would like my items moved to the smaller unit, which also offered a small cost saving. I have never felt the need to check on my items; the team is always responsive and helpful and made me confident that everything was safe and cared for at their facility. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for safe, secure and cost effective storage to speak with the team at Total Self Storage.

Blown away by the exceptional service here. I run a small business and needed a little extra space. Clean facility and convenient location, pricing is much cheaper than the others. All comes down to customer service for me Todd and the team have been very accommodating with everything I need. I highly recommend!
