They were able to fit me in at the last minute for a vehicle inspection. Were very helpful and efficient.

Have been using this place for a few years, I think they're honest but far too busy to do a good job... I took one car in there needing an engine change, it took about 8 weeks for them to finally do it. When they changed the engine they tightened one of the spark plugs too much until it cracked. I took the car back to them telling them it was misfiring occasionally, they drove it around and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They didnt charge me, but I had to take it in to Commonwealth Motors who figured out what was wrong straight away and fixed it properly. I took my next car in saying it was making a ticking noise and had an exhaust leak, they fixed the exhaust leak. A month later I took the car to a different mechanic because I wasn't happy with how it sounded, this mechanic told me the ticking noise was because it had no oil left in it at all, he filled it with oil and the ticking stopped... the car also had another exhaust leak which I had to fix... Tuggeranong Car Care didn't pick up the noise was because of lack of oil and didn't even pick up the second exhaust leak when I had told them this was the problem. They're not out to rip anyone off but they are too busy and rush the jobs too much.

I have been putting my car's into Tuggeranong Car Care for years. Great service and Gary always provides me with confident advice with all things car related. Also, very convenient location from the office.

I was charged $1240 for electrical repairs which did not fix the problem. I was then quoted a large sum (3,000) for further work . Communication was minimal.I decided to take the car to my usual service provider and was charged $2346 including service , petrol and oil and a detailed description of diagnostic and other work.I emailed the manager my concerns with documentation but did not get a response.

Gary is a very knowledgeable mechanic you cannot beat the quality of service I have taken my car to him for many years never have been disappointed. Top quality workmanship

Old mate was one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Ended up walking away because I actually could not tolerate how disrespectful he was when speaking to me. When I spoke to others who have also used their services in the past, they echoed my sentiments.Don't normally leave bad reviews, but holy moly. I wish someone had warned me before I went in!
