Here is a picture of the deformed abdomen I was left with. Currently have been trying to resolve this situation for 6 months. Dr K told me to buy larger underpants to hide the scars. His nurse Mary told me to change my diet. Dr K after months and months of calling has finally agreed to see us in three weeks. I have asked for my pre surgery photos more then 3 times, the practice Manager Jenny says she hasn’t received my emails. I have called her and resent the emails and still no correspondence.Less then helpful. Have paid this clinic a lot of money. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic

I have been a patient of Dr Katsaros for many years and I have always found him to be very honest with me in all our discussions. My whole experience from the beginning has always been very positive with all his staff being very caring, discreet and professional and I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend Dr Katsaros and his day surgery.

Dr Katsaros performed an operation to remove a rather nasty squamous Carcinoma from my left cheek in Feb 2021.His professional skill resulted in the complete removal of the tumour with the subsequent 5 cm scar now almost totally invisible.The fees for the operation were reasonable, and the support his staff provide to patients is outstanding.I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Katsaros to anyone seeking treatment in his field of expertise.

Went in for a breast lift, my breasts are lower and now tubular. Have several friends with same issue with this doctor. Would not recommend having surgery in this clinic.

Rude and very abrupt as i only required carpal tunnel so no big dollars. Would never recommend him as he appears charming at first consult but totally rude and inappropriate comments before surgery and at follow up.If i was having a Boob or facelift that would have been worth his time.

I attended recently to have a wider excision of an area on the side of my left knee where a melanoma had been removed by my dermatologist. I had not seen Dr Katsaros for over 20 years. As soon as I arrived for my first appointment I was seen immediately and Dr Katsaros performed the surgery then and there which was fantastic as I was concerned about any further delays. He was very professional and his excision was so neat and precise and I had no pain afterwards even after the anaesthetic wore off. The wound is healing nicely and the scar is very thin. His staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in answering all my queries before and after surgery. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Katsaros for service, professionalism and expertise.

I still can not get over how amazing my experience was with Dr James Katsaros and his team!From day dot the staff, nurses and of course - Dr James Katsaros were so friendly, had all the time in the world to answer questions and made you feel extremely comfortable with them all.I had a great reduction done 3 weeks ago today and the scars, shape and healing process has been a breeze ! I had the anchor done and James did the thinest cut you can hardly see where the incision is! The pain was so so bearable with a touch of bruising but nothing crazy! I rang up the surgery over 10 times with questions and every staff member happily helped me and reassured me I was fine. Simply google Dr James Katsaros and you will see the multiple awards he's won and the experience he's had and even to this day he still is amazing and knows exactly what he's doing. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in Adelaide OR AUSTRALIA. He's affordable, lovely, funny and his staff are a 12/10 ! If I needed any other plastic/cosmetic surgery done, I without a doubt will come back to see Dr James.

Dr Katsaros was recommended to me by my GP to remove a large lipoma that had developed on the back of my neck. While not causing any pain it was causing poor posture.The initial consult was great. There is some talk in reviews about blunt communication - however I did not find this, I found Dr Katsaros to be direct and straight to the point. He advised he would remove it and do it in the safest way but may need dual incisions - this was fine for me as I wasn't concerned cosmetically.The surgery was paid for out of pocket and was very reasonably priced. The actual surgery went smoothly and the Dr removed all of the lipoma with one incision - we came back the next day to some bandages removed which was also a good experience.It is around 2 years later now - and you cannot even see the large incision on my neck (it was around 15-20cm) and nothing has returned.This guy knows what he is doing, if you want competence this is the place to go.

A Big Thank You to Dr Katsaros and the team. Dr Katsaros recently completed a wider excision to remove atypical cells and he did a fine job. Dr Katsaros is personable, professional and highly experienced. The care was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team is very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm environment rather than a clinical one. I can't recommend the North Adelaide Day Surgery enough.
