I am a domestic and commercial builder and have used ISG on multiple projects. I have always found them to be an excellent company to deal with.

With the timber supply shortage we decided to try a steel frame supplied by ISG. The ISG process was incredibly cumbersome & assistance provided from key staff members was well below par.After reviewing and approving 600 pages of shop drawings,our frames & trusses were delivered to site damaged & incorrect.Over 50 Trusses & frames were fabricated too long, too short or wrong heights. ISG were quick to shift blame to the detailer unfortunately the offer to rectify wasn't so quick. Our team of carpenters spent days rectifying frames & trusses onsite.I have contacted ISG multiple times to seek reimbursement for our carpenters hours of rectification with no luck. Its a real shame, first & last time using ISG.

We used ISG due to the timber shortage and not being able to get trusses. We came to them at short notice and they were really efficient in getting the trusses to site for the date required. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I have worked with ISG for approximately 2 years and always found their LGS expertise and detail to be at a very high level. They are easily approachable, willing to look outside of general detailing conventions when required and yet always able to implement practical solutions to all projects great or small.
