Many years ago, after an electrical surge, I needed an IT professional to help with my PC that died (killed) suddenly. I was fortunate to find Geeks 2 Go and contacted them and spoke with Adam. Understanding my urgency, Adam promptly attended, identified the issue and resolved the matter so efficiently for me. Since then, I have asked Adam to perform hardware upgrades, software upgrades and a host of other matters that a PC needs.
