The worst big w! This store is an absolute disgrace. The store manager, Stephanie Ireland has no respect for anyone but herself, she is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. A jvc tv was listed at a certain price, and she refused to sell it to me for that price, I had even asked another team member at another store what the correct price was and they assured me that I was correct. The staff member had even printed off a copy of the listed price, however the incompetent Stephanie Ireland for some unknown reason, blatantly ignored it.

This is another great shopping area, compact in size but packed with all your shopping requirements, Woolworths, Coles, Big W, and other shops selling a variety of products. Especially like the layout and the food variety options. Car parking both in front entrance and back entrance. Another plus here is just down the road at Bennets Green is Bunnings harvey Norman, Super Cheap Auto, Anaconda, and many more. Great area Mount Hutton, to Bennets Green . 5⭐ from me for Shopping Variety, Parking, and Meeting friends for light meal or a coffee time.

Slowest store for click and collect, order sat on “finalising order” the entire day when the order was placed way before opening hours. Wouldn’t bother with click and collect unless you are happy to wait 3 days for them to do it. Useless service and unhappy as this is not the first time, go to Charlestown instead.

Needed some new pillows and found the store atmosphere relaxing. Made for leisurely browsing and shopping. Didn't find the cameras at the self server checkouts uncomfortable or intrusive. If these help curb shoplifting and therefore save the store the costs incurred, those savings will be passed on to us the consumers. Must be win win for everyone surely.

great store easy to navigate and bargains can often be found especially near the party shop.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Staffed checkouts are limited but it has a grrat self serve register section.
