I placed an order from here. They was said that it would arrive in 1 week and we would call you when it arrived, but no one called me, I called to follow the product. They said that they would follow up the product and inform about the situation and no one called, I called again after 1 week, they told the same lies and they did not call again. At the end of 2 weeks, I went to the store personally and asked what was going on, they said they just can't bring the product and said only we can pay your money back than refunded my money. I told them that if you can't bring me my order, you have to give me its equivalent product at the same price, and they didn't do it either. They made me wait 2 weeks and if I hadn't went there and asked, they would have made me wait even longer. The product I ordered, which they could not deliver to me in 2 weeks, is still on sale online. either deliver the product you sell to people or remove it from your website. Don't waste anyone's time. simply rubbish store, rubbish employees

What is it about Jaycar stores that still keeps them in business? I must admit the staff have always been great, however you have to sell a kidney if you want to buy a 2 metre HDMI cable... Considering online prices, just not sure who is buying the stuff? Maybe they've found their niche in older customers who want to have a yarn before buying.

Another Jaycar, they're all pretty similar. Cheap-ish stuff, but for some things, perfect. I was looked after by a kid on his first day, luckily the layout was the same as most other Jaycar's and I knew where to find what I needed, or I'd still be there! Roxburgh park has two good things, this Jaycar, and the road out. What an -awful- part of Melbourne. Bulldoze it and start again... Maybe with some trees ...

Customer service at its best, I was after a product that they did not have in stock, without needed to ask, the customer service rep named Isuru offered to check stock with another store and rang them to confirm stock levels. Thanks mate.
