As a tenant I have to say the team at du CHATEAU have been an absolute pleasure dealing with, especially David. If there is ever anything that needs to be raised he respond in a professional & timely manner and have it sorted out straight away. David is absolutely patient and responsive. You don't see many real estates where the agent actually care about the tenants, so thank you for that! Highly recommend!

5 stars!!David from leasing, absolutely top- notch.David listed the property on Friday night, I inspected on a Sunday morning (yes a Sunday!). approval on Monday & moved on Wednesday morning - what a quick turnaround!!David’s manner was so helpful, accommodating & nothing was too much trouble.Deal with David to lease.
