Beautiful work; the finish is always excellent.I heard that nobody in Perth was qualified to fix luxurious bags and shoes; well, you guys are; you have all the skills. Very happy with my Michael Kors's handbag and my shoes.

I have had 3-4 leather repairs completed here - camera case and strap, satchel bag and most recently two pairs RM Williams boots. One pair is 30 years old the other 15years. Both required sole and heel repair after 5 years in the Kimberley. After repairs both fit me and “walk” like new shoes. This is how premium boot repair should be done - mikes team is passionate and caring and saved me about $500 because I don’t have to buy a replacement pair. Thanks !!!

I recently had a zipper jump off the rails on a bag I use everyday. The first shop I went to wouldn’t even look at the bag without scheduling an appointment.Within 5 minutes of being in Mikes I was greeted, my bag seen to, a repair time locked in & a price laid out. Went back a few days later and it was fixed good as new!Excellent service, thanks again!

Beware, i wanted a new grip on the heel of my boots, when i got them back the base of the heel had been cut off completely altering the shape of the heel.Ruined a very elegant boot. Very disappointed. New sole is also dangerously slippery. Perfectly wearable boots sitting on the rack now.

Dropped off a bashed up pair of Nine West boots and they fixed on the spot ($20) and then I remembered I needed a key and that was done in a flash too ($9). Love that I didn’t have to wait even on a busy Sat morning. Thanks!

The Gentleman working there was incredibly rude. Simply inquired about a watch repair and was met with utter rudeness by him talking down to us saying he has told us before. ( for reference it was my elderly grandfather who could not remember) would not recommend using their service.
