Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new hairdresser. Went to Chief Stylist based on google reviews. Lexi spent the time to give me a proper hair consult before I booked in, which is what I was looking for. She did a great job with my hair and I am really happy with the results. Will keep going back and would definitely recommend her.

My hair was very badly damaged after bleach was left on too long by the apprentice who was not properly supervised. The colour applied over the top was not properly done - and yes I was charged full price. I made an appointment to have this rectified, I was left waiting an hour past my appointment time - only to be told the same apprentice would be stripping the colour from my hair. Not once was the damage assessed, nor was there an apology. My hair was fried! Needless to say I left and will not go back!
