Next Floor Sanding

Not good. Firstly, there are visible bumps/lumps generally wherever the floor meets the wall. Explanation being that 'it's too hard to tell if you are sanding evenly along a straight edge with a round sander' but MY thinking is, yes, it may be hard but that's YOUR FREAKIN' JOB. It is worth noting that we've had these floors done before WITHOUT this problem.Secondly, one of the reasons we got our floors done was to remove some stains; a goal that they were aware of. Because we went with a lighter stain this time, now the STAINS LOOK MORE OBVIOUS THAN EVER. I believe a good tradie would have checked with us before doing the REST OF THE HOUSE.Thirdly, there are streaks ALL OVER our floors. We were told that they would disappear in ~six months as the floor will get worn away. Time will only tell. Again, don't remember this problem from the previous time.Overall, got the impression that they were NOT skilled in this area and didn't care too much about the quality of work they did. NEVER AGAIN with these folks.
