Hermione looked after my rent roll on the Northern Beaches for a month whilst I took a holiday. Being the first time away from my business, I was extremely nervous about having someone else manage my portfolio - but Hermione was amazing. When I had a couple of Property Managers unexpectedly leave at once Hermione was the first person I called. She was able to come in, pick up one of our portfolios and run it perfectly until a replacement was found. The change over when a new staff member came on board was seamless, she had everything up to date and there was only a few small things for the new PM to do. She is professional, thorough and has excellent organisational skills - she was even able to teach me a few handy tips! Our landlords and tenants all had nothing but positive things to say about her.
