Perfect location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Rooms are nice, perfect for a place to stay, the only thing that would improve the room is a curtain to block the light between the roller blinds. Otherwise this place is the perfect hidden gem on Hastings!

Nothing boutique about this accommodation. Loose tiles, leaking tap, shower leaks into the bathroom floor, flat remote batteries, dodgy looking repairs. Great location hence the over charging.

Amazing breakfast! We've had a salmon and grilled asparagus breakfast - super generous amount of salmon, nicest thick sourdough bread and a beautiful pesto with feta. Delicious and beautiful! It was only $23 and it was the best salmon breakfast I had!

Great location, right on Hastings Street in the heart of Noosa Heads.Rooms are a little tired". Our air con leaked like a sieve and the shower is not water tight

Olivia and the team at 10 Hastings were so helpful during our stay. Being a short stroll to the beach and in the heart of Noosa It was perfect for our Easter Break. The coffee and Breakfast was great. The room was neat and immaculate. The overall vibe was relaxed and chilled.

Great location but would not recommend staying here. The rooms need freshening up - shower grout very dirty, fridge/freezer not working, very rusty chairs on balcony and the bathroom is too small to turn around in.The bed itself was fine (after I had stuffed a cushion by the wheels to stop it rolling across the room)….but the worst thing was the noise of the wheelie bins from the restaurant being rolled loudly up and down past all the bedrooms. Not just once a day, but every 15 minutes or so from around 5.45 in the morning, right through to late evening! The doors don’t exactly have the best seals so was woken each morning by the loud grating &rumbling of large bins rolling up and down.On the upside, the location is great on Hastings St and Picolinos restaurant was very nice to dine at - just don’t stay here unless you’re on a tight budget!

We ate at the cafe. Disgusting food and prices.$5 for a hash brown with breakfast - received 5 potato gems - hahaha will never go back. Noosa is an absolute dive. The National park is the only decent thing left at Noosa.

The location of this place was the only good thing about it. The pictures online are nothing like the rooms they Give you.From the moment we turned up it was shocking. No one there to check us in, they told us to go to the cafe but it was closed. Called the number on the door and the person was rude and impatient with us when we were trying to get our keys.The room was not very clean, the bathroom was so small my partner couldn’t fit in there. The water leaked from the toilet and pooled on the floor. We had no fridge to put any food or drinks. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The aircon is noisy and doesn’t cool down.Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed and not worth the money.

We had a trip booked for July that was booked in March and immediately after booking we changed it to November. Then, unfortunately after some things came up we were wondering if we could reschedule for January, I understand it caused a hassle but life got in the way and we had to make some changes. The owner I believe was terrible to communicate with and has since ignored me after taking $100 out of my bank account. I have tried calling and messaging her but she is not getting back to me. The original price for three nights in November was $450 then for January it doubled to $820 as per high season rates, so we decided we had to cancel the trip as it was not affordable for what it was - a one room studio when other places were available for much cheaper, the host told me the commissions were $60 so she would refund for the $40 and has not done that. Unkind management and horrible communication. I understand we caused the problem by rescheduling then eventually canceling however, we cancelled within a reasonable time frame for the property to fill the room. I hate to be blunt but I think it’s incredibly wrong to take money from one’s account without any warning whatsoever as the money was taken when I was under the impression we had rescheduled the booking. And to later ignore us completely while still having access to my bank details I think is completely unethical. I would not recommend.

Incredibly rude, no consideration for my family, our circumstance or customer service in general. When we left the front of house continued to be rude and inconsiderate to the next family who requested a table. Would never return.
