Our company ran a dedicated program through FYL for its staff and I had Jess as my dietitian. I was asked about my goals, barriers and what I wanted to achieve both in the program and ongoing. I wanted to better understand nutrition, regain work life balance and to make positive changes to my fitness. I lost 5 kilos on the program, I am back in circuit classes and I have found the balance I needed through the learnings from Jess. Thank you Jess for kick starting my journey.

Do not bother with this service/organisation. I made an initial telehealth appointment with Director of Dietetics Peta Cullis, which was due to cost approximately $250 for an hour long appointment. The initial SMS appointment reminder sent several days prior had the incorrect details on it that I needed to correct them on. I phoned the day before letting them know I hadn't received a telehealth link, and was told it would be sent to me at 9am the following morning ready to start the appointment at 9:30am. At 9:15am, I phoned again asking them for the link, there was no answer so a voicemail was left. By 9:45am (15mins over time) I still had not received a link. It was eventually sent nearly 20 mins after the scheduled appointment time, by which time I had cancelled.Very poor organisation, time management, and administration - if people are paying $250/hour and they're new clients, perhaps be somewhat organised, answer the phones to let your clients know what is going on, and actually show up. They clearly don't want the business or care about their customers/clients. Don't bother coming here - go somewhere where your time, money, and service is actually wanted and valued.
