Great customer service in this store. The staff were really helpful finding the right sizes and offering other options. Purchased what I needed. The prices are very reasonable, they have a large variety of stock and also good sales every now and than. Very convenient location in Pacific Fair shopping cenntre.

I went in this morning and couldn't have been happier with the service of the lady who helped me (she was the one to open the store this morning, I didn't catch her name, but thank you so much!). Buying bras can be quite the ordeal, but she made it such a fun and non-painful experience and I left with 1 set and 1 order. Amazing!

Had the best experience at Bras n Things Pacific Fair. The shop assistant Liz was so helpful in selecting the right shape, fit and sized Bra! Her positive attitude and helpful nature was amazing. Great customer service! Will definitely come back to shop here again.

I went to see the ladies today to buy a new “proper” bra today. By proper, I mean NOT Kmart bra that is pretty and actually fits me. The ladies took their time with me, were absolutely comforting and helped me every step of the way. Including allowing me to retry on my bras once I had paid as I was worried I’d handed them the wrong size.They made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my purchase. I highly recommend shopping here. I have never had such a lovely experience buying lingerie which usually gives me anxiety.Thanks ladies.❤️

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Pacific Fair store. They were more than patient with me and made me feel comfortable asking questions and trying on the garments. I went in for one thing and bought something completely different - and I couldn't be happier - with my purchase and the way I was treated. I would definitely go back and recommend this store.Even with the Black Friday sale, the staff treated everyone in the store equally! Thanks again for your patience and explaining my many many questions! :)

I ducked into pacific fair to try find some lingerie for my myself and my partner for our anniversary. Storm not only helped me find the perfect things, but also helped me feel so confident within myself. She helped me find the perfect size to fit my body shape. I was so happy with what i brought. My boyfriend very happy too! Will definitely be back ☺️
