Sydney City Motorcycles - Campbelltown

Bought a 2023 Ninja 400 and financed an extra $1000 for bike Accessories. I was told by the manager he just unpacked one when I enquired. Two weeks later I finally picked the bike up and the extra parts that were quoted for the bike did not happen. No slip on and was charged two hours labour for a tail tidy and Oggy knobs. Came back for first service and was told I had no credit left and needed to bring my receipt back. So $600 for a couple of parts and a ludicrous two hours of labour. My $1000 was gone. Paid full price not even a pair of gloves thrown in. They have lost my business but the manager insists I got a good deal. I could of fitted these parts in 30 min. Much better bike shops out there ppl.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I called up enquiring about a motorcycle. I spoke to James at Campbelltown store. He said that I could leave a $500 deposit and he would hold it for me. If I was unsatisfied for any reason after the inspection he would refund my deposit. I even got it in writing from Crystal in an email. After not wanting to proceed with the sale. I have not received my deposit back yet. He has argued that because I made a lower offer which was not accepted, that this has voided me receiving my deposit back. I now have to persue the matter further with Fair Trading and potential legal actions. I'm surprised that a dealership would be so desperate for $500 that they would act unethically. Absolute joke of a person and poor representation of Sydney City Motorcycles. Think twice before going here.

DONT COME IN TO BUY PARTS, its a waste of time.I recently purchased a fuel petcock part for my Honda. This was at the Lane Cove store which they said it would come within a week.after waiting for 2 weeks and looking on Google maps I then realised that the Lane Cove store was shut down permanently. When I called, I was redirected to Campbelltown which spend hours looking for my order not knowing anything about it, not even any sign of a shipping number.I called twice which I was redirected and told Voicemail is unavailable for this directory" and then hung up on. Redialling I then get transferred back and put on hold for hours

SHOCKING SERVICE,3 weeks ago I ordered parts on a Saturday, the young kid at the parts counter was nice, I gave him my VIN, to find the part I was looking for and he found it, he said part was in Suzuki's warehouse.. awesome paid for parts upfront.. I was informed I'd have the part the coming Friday..Great, so I walked out.. 1 week NOTHING.. 2 weeks NOTHING.. Called them to chase up.. guy answers, all insistent, (I'll give u my word u will have a call from me Monday to say i have personally posted the part), nothing..Don't go there for anything.. 3 times and that's the last..Update.. on the 4th of march.. and spoke to the guy at parts.. and asked where my part was.. he said I posted it last Monday..Today 7th march, I got a call.. hi we received your part today just confirming your postal address..

These comments are directed at the Management/Owners of City Motorcycles Campbelltown not the staff.I have used this store for approximately 10 years to service my two bikes and purchased many products and accessories. There was never a issue with experience staff such as Brian and Marty in spare parts who always knew exactly what you required whether it was a helmet a jacket or some obscure part.I recently visited the store seeking to order some parts for my bike but was told by the spare part staff they could help me because they didn’t have access to the Kawasaki site, they were very apologetic and stated the staff member with the access will not be back at the Campbelltown Store till next Tuesday. This is not their fault but a reflection of poor management.I feel the store has deteriorated since the new owners have taken over and find it very disappointing.ThanksSteve

My wife and I were riding home from a long journey when my wife’s bike start making a noise from the front wheel. We stopped in at Sydney City Motorcycles @ Campbelltown and spoke with Frank at the service counter to see if someone could check it out before continuing on another 4hrs. Frank didn’t hesitate and came straight out to the bike and ended up getting another team member to check it over before we left. Once we found out the problem, I offered to pay for their time and he insisted it wasn’t necessary because he was only looking over it.Frank and the team here are absolutely fantastic and we are very thankful for their kindness as well as the humanity they displayed. The customer service we received was phenomenal. Being L-platers and both female, they didn’t judge or smock at us, they just helped. You guys are great, if I’m ever your way again I know exactly where to bring my bike! 100% recommend!

Have dealt with Sydney City Motorcycles on many occasions and the staff have always been polite, well mannered and very professional in all aspects of our transactions. There also loads to parking and a huge of bikes to choose from.

Popped in late Saturday afternoon to look at a Yamaha scooter, Marcello the salesman was extremely helpful and gave me great advice. I've purchased 2 bikes from the Campbelltown store in the past and have been very happy with the service.
