Fantastic service for a same-day iPhone screen replacement. I found these guys way more helpful than the Apple Store in Brisbane (who were too busy to to deal with me). They were able to resolve my issue free of charge because my phone was still covered under warrantee. Had there been any cost to me, they said they would give me a quote before doing anything.

Terribly disappointed with the service. Paid $900 for a Mac repair and had to take it back in 3 times and still it did not work. Despite asking numerous times they refused a refund, I would not recommend this business. Go to another business or just buy a new product as Compnow do not fix products they just take your money.

Thanks to the team at CompNow for resurrecting my laptop and successfully transferring the data to a new one. Excellent communication and customer service and all delivered at a good price.

Went in yesterday to get my MacBook Pro fixed. Ethan showed me a couple tricks to get it rebooted and turned on. Great service and friendly guys in there

I don't usually write reviews unless I had a superb experience.I brought my MacBook to an Authorised Service Provider down in Mackay, and they weren't really sure what to do with it. Even had the impression that I would need to pay for something. Also asked me to contact Apple Support for some parts that need to be ordered, which I had no idea about. Which all ended up to be quite problematic. Went back home to Cairns and found CompNow as one of the ASPs. I am so so grateful to have gone to them for the repair, as they did it so efficiently and perfectly. They were even the ones who ordered whichever part was needed, and didn't even have to pay for anything as the repair was still covered by the warranty. I could say that they did a better job and took really good care of my MacBook compared to when I had my previous MacBook repaired in main Apple store in Sydney. Highly recommend!!!

A year ago I took my MacBook Pro laptop into comp now in Cairns as my screen was cracked. They replaced the screen and charged me over $1,000 to do so. When I got my laptop back the screen would keep going black, the only fix was to keep restarting my laptop until the screen came back on. I never had this issue before, it started when compnow “fixed” my laptop. A few of weeks ago my laptops screen started staying black. So I took it into compnow (seeing as there aren’t any other places in Cairns that fix Mac products). After weeks of them having my laptop I didn’t hear from them, so I called them and was informed that to fix the issue with my laptop, I would need a screen replacement. I would be charged $1,090. I said I believe it is not a screen issue and that it must be something else, but they never took my concern onboard. Any concerns which I voiced to them were never looked into or answered. They are terrible with communication, but amazing at ripping people off. My husband ended up going into compnow and took my laptop back without having them “fix” it, we were still charged an $80+ fee. I then was curious how much a new screen replacement actually costs, so I looked online at brand new screens for my exact MacBook Pro and saw that it would only cost around $300 to purchase and free express delivery from well established Tech companies. Makes me wonder why compnow cairns are charging an extremely high price.I ended up posting my MacBook Pro to a company in NSW called Polar Tech Australia to have a look at my laptop. Polar Tech said they were going to charge me $425 to replace the screen (they said only if that was the issue), this price also included their labour. As soon as my laptop arrived to them, they emailed me within an hour to tell me what the issue was with my laptop. Polar Tech said the issue was not the screen, instead it was due to a burnt chip in my laptop (not to my surprise). I ended up paying Polar Tech Australia $395 for a brand new replacement part for the chip, this price included their labour. Within 2 days my laptop was fixed and they sent it back to me via free express postage.To sum it up, I am disappointed with Compnow Cairns for their lack of costumer service, communication and the rip off their company is doing. My advice to everyone is to avoid this place. Instead I recommend you contact Polar Tech Australia, where they are honest, sincere, fast, efficient and have great costumer service.

Staff were awesome and repaired my iPhone 12 after it unalived itself. Great service from the gentleman at the counter and KP. Would happily recommend to anyone with an Apple iPhone issue.
