Recently finalised a quote from ESP through Foreshew strata managing agent for a repair job for the owners corporation. The job was well done by Anthony, Steve and Andre. They are professional, reliable and friendly. The receptionist Angela and Page (?) are also very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommendable. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Do not deal with this company!!! They are not reliable or professional. I was contacted by Di to book in a job which she advised me was a 1 hour job and we agreed on a 9:30am start time and I asked her so you will be done by 10:30am" and she answered "yes". The day came and the young guy turned up at 9:50am and finally left at 1:15pm in the afternoon.I can handle wasting 1 hour of my time but when you are taken for a lend and they make you waste an entire day off waiting for a job to be completed it's an absolute disgrace.Either educate your staff better on your business and procedures or get better business systems but never take your customers for granted like this UNPROFESSIONAL mob.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!"

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Sammy (ESP office team) and Ben (contractor) to arrange repairs of my damaged apartment ceiling in a strata building. Highly commendable work ethic and attention to detail onsite. I might just have to get in touch with you guys to do some personal jobs on our properties! Outstanding, thank you! :)
