Had a problem that another mechanic first missed and then couldn't help me with and couldn't tell me how serious the issue was. Gave Mark a call and he took the time to listen. He then made time in his totally packed day to actually look at my problem. In no time he sourced the problem, and had a solution for me saving me time and money and ensuring me it was safe to drive.He was incredibly helpful and will get all my business going forward.
