Crystal is an amazing Pilates instructor, so intuitive with the body. Crystal’s classes have been fabulous for improving my posture, reducing my pain, and improving my flexibility. I always feel so much better after a class.

Have been doing both studio and mat pilates with Crystal. Absolutely love the classes - never not want to go. Crystal is so knowledgeable on how to help with injuries and works on specific areas of the body. Have noticed how much more flexible I am and she is continuing to improve my strength. Classes are fun and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is looking to join her classes

Crystal is such an amazing pilates instructor! I really enjoy her mat classes. They are small groups and each class is unique with options to suit every level. She is really knowledgeable and is concerned for each students needs. I love her classes and always walk out feeling so great. I wish I had the time to go everyday!

I’ve been working with Crystal for several months and I’m absolutely loving the small studio classes and level of individual attention. Crystal will work with you to design a program specific to your individual needs and goals in a safe and guided Pilates environment. She is a true professional and really knows her stuff. Can’t wait to add her small mat classes to my weekly routine. I would highly recommend this studio over several others I have tried on the coast.

The Bend Pilates is amazing, I'm new to Reformer Pilates I only started during November 2022 at 73 yrs of age some consider I'm ederley not Crystal ever since commencing at this studio I have been encouraged and guided through exercises to help strengthen my body with some tips for in between my sessions to do at home. I have found new strength and fitness that hasn't been present for several years. I'm looking forward to further improvement during 2023.
