I highly recommend Le Petit Ballet! Laura is a wonderful teacher - both my little ones absolutely love her and her classes. All the children get individual attention. Laura’s teaching style strikes the perfect balance between instructional and caring.

Le Petit Ballet is a truly special ballet and dance studio for children! Miss Laura weaves classical ballet steps effortlessly into a magical, joyful, musical adventure in each lesson. My daughter leaves class with a dancing heart and a smile on her face. I'm so grateful to have found this studio, Le Petit preserves and celebrates the magic and fun of ballet for children.

Le Petit ballet is the loveliest ballet company I have found on the North Shore. My two children (girl, 5, and boy, 3) adore Miss Laura and the fun, friendly atmosphere she creates for her classes. Whether it's Jazz or Ballet, in studio or online via You Tube or Zoom during lockdown, the energy and passion Miss Laura brings to every class is so infectious.The children recieve excellent tuition that develops their skills while building confidence and love for movememt and dance. Miss Laura takes a genuine interest in the development of each child and goes above and beyond to make their dance education extra special, with dress up days, colouring sheets, story themed dances and art classes to broaden the children's experience of dance in their lives.From a parent's perspective, Miss Laura is everything I looked for in a dance teacher. She is warm and professional in her approach to teaching, and always has open lines of communication with families. Miss Laura is not only a great example as a dancer but is a kind and generous person that I feel very fortunate to have as a role model for my children. She has created a wonderful dance company and I look forward to seeing my children grow and thrive with Le Petit ballet for years to come.

We absolutely love Le Petit Ballet! My 2 girls 3.5yrs old and 1.5 yrs old are obsessed! Miss Laura is engaging, encouraging and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Le Petit Ballet to any keen dancers out there you will not be disappointed!!

We love Le Petit Ballet! Our 5 year old girl has joined the studio last year and we have been enjoying this wonderful journey. The classes are so much fun with new dress up weeks each term which we all find exciting. Miss Laura is very much loved by her little dancers as she has a great ability to let the kids be themselves and at the same time keep them focused on learning their dance moves. It’s important for us that these classes are very age appropriate.

My 3yo daughter has been dancing with Miss Laura for a couple of terms now and she LOVES it! Miss Laura plans great activities for the kids, not just dancing, and keeps the kids engaged with her gentle teaching style. Excitement levels are very high on the morning of ballet class! Highly recommended.

Having my 3 year old start ballet at Miss Laura's Le Petit Ballet has been one of the better decisions I've made for my daughter. Miss Laura is patient and kind and so so so good with the little ballerinas. My daughter is always asking when Saturday is coming so that she can see Miss Laura again. Term breaks are always hard because my daughter can't grasp the concept of school holidays just yet.Communication wise, Miss Laura is always prompt and happy to answer any questions we have. She is also very organised and plans ahead for every term and the year as well so you, as parents, know what to expect. It has been a pleasure sending my daughter for ballet classes with Miss Laura and I would definitely recommend her.

Both my kids love Miss Laura’s Jazz class. Miss Laura keeps the classes fun and engaging for them while teaching them core dance skills and other important life skills like listening and following instructions. It is wonderful to have a mix of boys and girls!

If your little one wants to dance then you need to introduce them to Miss Laura and her team! Their passion for dancing is infectious and the children always walk out the door with huge smiles on their faces. I adore attending watching week or the annual concert to see how much my daughter has learned and her confidence grow through dance. Cannot say enough good things about them so just go dance!
