Fantastic coffee and breakfasts served by incredible staff! This place does not disappoint and we loved it so much it was a breakfast spot two mornings in a row while visiting Hobart. The staff here are a true asset to the business and we were so touched they recalled our names on our second visit!

The best breakfast/brunch/lunch/coffee artisan venue in Hobart. Compliments to the chef today; the food was mouth-wateringly good. We sat eating in silence - ignoring each other due to the sheer deliciousness of our food. The coffees were exceptional. One of the best cups of coffee you will ever find in the world. And a massive shout out to the staff. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and joy. This place feeds the body and the soul.

Truly amazing coffee in a really convenient location if you happen to be down near the docks waiting for a tour or craving one and some quality pastries or meals when you get back.Beautifully decorated.What amazed us is how many names the staff knew...obviously regulars, but they were very friendly and the service was quick even though each time we went the place was busy.

What a fantastic experience coffee at Hobart Coffee Roasters was. Staff were super friendly and courteous. You could tell they all loved working there. Coffee was made to order by I think it was Grace. If your in Hobart go ask Grace to make you a coffee. Great position down by the dock. Decor was lovely with little sayings painted on the walls ( see pictures) use google to translate them into English. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Hobart.

Loved the coffee here, perhaps the best I tried during my visit to Hobart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The food and croissant were lovely too, and good amount portion wise.We tried eggs benny, smashed avo, and eggs on toast and they were all nice.Will surely visit again once I am in Hobart again.

We had a take away coffee here. The ambience was very nice and cosy. Their food displayed looked so delicious. I would have had some had I not have lunch already. Their coffee was aromatic and full bodied. Staff were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended and we will be back for their food and of course their coffee.

Absolutely amazing coffee stop, superb coffee and even better service. The staff were super high energy, welcoming and great for our kids as well. The coffee was really smooth, delicious and super fast too! Highly recommended as a coffee stop.All the food looked great too, although I can't comment on the taste unfortunately.

We were here yesterday, our last day in Hobart.The ambience - welcoming from the moment you enter!The food - fantastic (lunch rolls we selected from the display - chicken and pesto and vegetarian roasted vegetables). Great fresh flavours!The coffee - amazingThe staff - efficient, hardworking and all with a smile!The touch for my wife was the pretty pink China cup alongside beautifully brewed tea - topped it off!Best cafe we’ve been to!Observed many repeat local customers (whom the owner greeted individually).Well done Hobart Coffee Roasters!
