Karam was fantastic. He was the one to diagnose the problem with our leaking air con when others couldn't. He's been on time, professional and reasonably priced both times he's been out. He organised a gyprocker to fix the damage caused by the leak too and everything went really smoothly. He's so committed he even answered our call while he was on holidays.
